Great holiday
In general: My wife and I stayed fro one week from the 9th May 2019. Friends (10 of) were there for 10 nights. Whilst there I had a bad leg injury requiring two trips to the hospital. At the hotel the staff were superb, especially the two young medics and Martynka the English speaking lady. Apart from that the three barmen at the lobby bar in the evening were very good. At the elephant pool bar most days Hasan the barman was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The only downside was the entertainment not catering for all nationalities. Location and surroundings: The beach is not too good and a few more restaurants and bars near the hotel would be good. Service: With the exception of a few barman mainly at the bar near the arena the service was good Dining: On the weekend of the 11th/12th the hotel was taken over by Oriflame for a convention and the restaurant was extremely busy. How more accidents did not occur I do not know. But apart from tose times the food was very good for a buffet restaurant. Sports and leisure: Good Room: We had a duplex with a spiral staircase, two showers and toilets, a nice sitting room and a large whirlpool bath. Useful tips: If you want to spend your holiday with other British people it is probably not for you. If you can tolerate the extremely bad manners of the Russian contingent (85%) then you will enjoy it.
